= SERVICE LEVEL 1: Network Review =

Network Review / Mapping – A review is conducted of clients’ current IT infrastructure and out of office connections (remote workers).

Client Network Review and Documentation. This allows our technicians to get hands-on with your system and review your current-day configurations. We will review and map your entire company infrastructure into a customized and detailed data catalog of your systems. This catalog will identify all systems used by your company in your day-to-day activities, including online DNS[1] and cloud systems, if applicable. Reports like this are helpful to find networking bottlenecks, incomplete migrations, or outdated system permissions and policies.

= SERVICE LEVEL 2: Security Investigation =

Security Investigation and Remediation – A security review is conducted to detect vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and security concerns that could affect your IT infrastructure environment.

After a proper investigation of your systems, TechRISK Solutions will provide details of any discovered vulnerabilities, such as cloud system access issues, faulty backups, or unauthorized network activity. TechRISK Solutions will work with your team to identify, correct, and understand why these issues were present. TechRISK Solutions can also help you define stronger policies to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

= SERVICE LEVEL 3: Backup system =

Backup system – A robust backup system is put in place to protect your data in the event of catastrophe or damage to your current data storage system.

“Backups, backups, backups! Without backups your system could disappear!”. Language like this has been used over the years, but most companies just ASSUME they are safe with singular backups. TechRISK Solutions will help you identify your critical systems and review your current backup procedures. Most companies do not understand that a “file” backup may not be enough to cover your needs in case of cyber-attack, catastrophic failure, or even a fire. If you are protected, do you know how long it would take to get back up and running?

= SERVICE LEVEL 4: Failover =

Failover – A dual system is put in place, in the event of server or IT infrastructure failure, allowing users to continue working by connecting to another IT infrastructure system separate from the failed equipment.

What does your company uptime mean to you and how flexible are you depending on the type of incident you need to recover from? TechRISK Solutions can help create a customized recovery system for your business without pushing vendor-specific marketing depending on your continuity needs. We can identify the critical systems and users of your company and leverage that specific knowledge into a custom-tailored redundancy system that will make sure you are protected.

= SERVICE LEVEL 5: All Services =

All the above service levels: Network Review, Mapping, Security Review, Backup System, and Failover.

All of our service items together were formulated to give our clients the best chance to step forward with their infrastructure efficiently.
